I love being outdoors, Thai-food, and pushing my body through training. I started mountain biking in 2019 when I bought my first stumpjumper, and its been downhill ever since (and a whole bunch of uphill too!)
I absolutely love bikes and I love sharing my passion for riding and being outdoors with everyone. In 2020 I attended my first local enduro event in the Dyfi, and was the only woman to complete the whole course. A couple of months later I completed my second event as the fastest women at the fox antifreeze enduro… since then I’ve been itching to start racing regularly and have it on the horizon for when the world is slightly more normal again.
When I’m not in the saddle, you can find me in the mountains on foot, in the yoga studio, or on the beach and spending time in the ocean. I am a firm believer that a good quality of life, high energy, and good mental state is directly linked to what we do with our bodies… whether that’s nutrition, supplements, or how often we get up and move.
Having really suffered from anxiety and depression from a young age, I’ve come to terms with the fact that it isn’t something that’s going away but is something we have to find an effective way of managing.
